Vineyard Homes originated in Albuquerque, N.M. founded by the very creative, capable and dependable founder, Deborah Short. As the business grew, she was joined by her brother, Tim Short, from New York, to help with the continued growth of the firm while always maintaining a commitment to quality work and high quality of customer service. Tim Short possesses an impressive resume of construction experience, state of the art education and an incredible sensitivity to customer needs and preferences. Both Deborah and Tim come from a family of engineers and builders. Hard work and logistics are second nature to both of them.
