Vineyard Homes originated in Albuquerque, N.M. founded by the very creative, capable and dependable founder, Deborah Short.  Deborah single handedly built Vineyard Homes from the ground up.  In the early years, she handled everything from bookkeeping to supervising construction. Even today she keeps a close eye on every aspect of the business, not taking on too much work that she cannot personally supervise.  That means that when a problem arises or a client wants something changed, it can go into effect immediately.  “I personally know everything that’s going on during construction every day until completion, and that’s how I can give a 100% guarantee that the home will always be exactly what the client wants,” she says
